Best Mods to reduce mining grind? : feedthebeast

Hey guys I'd like you guys to reccomend some mods that reduce the mining grind by either a) making it easier to get ores while mining/ more abundant, or b) making ore available by adventuring (e.g. found in loot very often). I just don't like the mining grind and don't want it on our server. Thanks!
