The words "Universal Cutter Sharpener" are from the Shars catalog. They are not mine. From the photos and their video, the collet attachment allows rotation about three axis so I do not see why any angle could not be cut. So how can you not grind that 1/2 deg of relief? Oh, and their video does show it grinding the helical edges of an end mill.
