Align the tool release piston sensor (s). The air pressure or volume to the TRP is too low. Check the air pressure and volume. The drawbar retaining balls are dry. Apply RED-i grease to the retaining balls. Toolholder makes a "popping" noise when it is released. The toolholder and spindle taper are dirty.
