The lid parts wear out on this rock tumbler and there are not any replacement parts available so you have to buy a whole new motor when all you need are the lid parts. I've tried the Lortone brand replacement parts and the metal lid is just a bit too small, although the Lortone plastic gasket will fit over the Chicago metal lid.
