Press is amazingly easy. Made mistake on mounting apple shredder on table, Very difficult, would like electric motor. Will try next batch, mounted on the press, more stable. I know it can take whole apples, but I cut my apples in half. Easier to shred, and found some bad apples that way, that I would have missed, putting them in whole.
